RULES FOR RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENTS ARRANGEMENT

PAYMENT
At the time of booking agency  requires a deposit of 30% of the package price. Payment must be made through bank transactions or credit card.
You have to pay full price arrangements to the bank account of "Elbo Herceg - Novi " Ltd no later than 14 days before the start arrangement.

FREE - DISCOUNT
25 users, one place for free.

TERMINATION OF REST
If the user interrupts vacation, travel agency  will return part of the arrangement if the user confirms a clear written statement that did not use the hotel services.

INDIVIDUAL CANCELLATION OF BOOKING
In the event that an individual user cancels the reserved service agency  has the following requirements:
- Retains 100% of the package price in case of cancellation in less than 30 days from the start.

CANCELLATION - GROUP BOOKING
If the group decides to cancel the reserved services agency has the following requirements:
- For cancellation up to 30 days before program start , the amount paid for program is returned, 
- Retains 25% of the package price for cancellation 21 days prior to the date of the arrangement ,
- Retains 50% of the package price for cancellation 14 days prior to the date of the arrangement, 
- Retains 75% of the package price for cancellation 7 days prior to the date of the arrangement, 
- Retains 100% of the package price for cancellation within less than 7 days from the start of arrangement.

VERSIONS
If happens that the reserved accommodation is not available, the travel agency  has the ability to change the accommodation of the same quality and elegance.

COMMENTS
Any objection to the quality of service and other deviations from the agreed must be submitted Travel Agency in writing form no later than 7 days after the completion of the arrangement
User Comments will not be considered if these conditions are not met.

HOTEL - category
In Montenegro, hotels and camps are categorized. Categorization is in the range of one to five stars.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR GROUPS
Please announce your arrival at the hotel. Observe times for the meal. Fill the form (name, date of birth, place of residence).

HEALTH INSURANCE
We recommend all our customers to have health insurance.

BAGGAGE
The agency  is not responsible for lost or damaged baggage of its users.

ATTENTION
For cancellation of the booked arrangement the customer pays the amount of the cost of banking fees.

TRANSFER CANCELLATION
Transfer may be cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled time.

PLANE TICKET CANCELLATION
Plane ticket for charter flight can be cancelled up to 7 days before the flight.
Tickets for regular flights are cancelled in accordance with the business policy of the airline in question.

 

RENTAL AGREEMENT -  TERMS AND CONDITIONS

"ELBO- Herceg Novi" Ltd.Enterprise for transport, tourism and services, Rent-a-Car (hereinafter "the lessor")

 renter (hereinafter "Najmopimac") whose data on the front side of the contract, the vehicle under the following conditions:

 Article 1

To personally sign the lease and thus agree with the contract:

-that at least 24 years old and 2 years driving experience,

-to a hired car according to the Law on the Basis of road traffic safety, that the vehicle is taken in perfect condition, the record, which is an integral part of this Agreement,

-to return the rented car within the time indicated on the front or earlier at the request of the lessor,

Yes for the extension of the agreed period of use of the vehicle require the consent of the lessor 48 hours before the deadline of returning the vehicle,

-to vehicle properly maintained and stored during use,

-to rented vehicle is not used:

1. a) under the influence of alcohol or drugs,
2. b) against legitimate purposes (eg. The crime, customs or foreign offense and etc.).
3. c) for driver training,
4. d) for the carriage of passengers or goods for a fee,
5. e) for transport or towing other vehicles, trailers or parts thereof,
6. f) to participate in motor sport events,

-to during use of the vehicle, the same cares, making daily visual inspection and periodic review of lubricants and fluids (in the manner of a good host).

-that the vehicle is used only for their own needs and not to rent or lend to a third party,

Yes I drive a car, or a person who is empowered on the front of this Agreement pursuant to paragraph 1 of this Article,

-that the vehicle is not overloaded persons or objects beyond the allowed maximum weight,

Yes lessee must not cross the border of Montenegro without the permission of the lessor,

-to without permission lessor will not make any change of parts, assemblies or devices on a vehicle,

-that will bear the costs of spent fuel.                                           

 Article: 2

Offended if the Tenant of any provision or requirement of point 1 of the Contract and undertakes to compensate.

The lessor all and any damage that stemmed from it, and who will determine the extent of Lessor.

Article: 3

The owner will Lessee, with confirmation of paid to compensate the costs of regular maintenance of vehicles

(Except for the cost of washing the vehicle during use and replacement of oil).

 Article 4

The Charterer agrees to the lessor, at his request, to pay immediately:

-Charge for daily rent for the rented car and other expenses to be incurred for the use of vehicles by the current price list,

delay in returning the vehicle, for each hour of delay ¼ of daily rent,

-Charge fines imposed against the Lessee regarding the use of the vehicle, caused by the fault of the Lessee (Violation of traffic rules),

Costs of (court and attorneys) due to court settlement lessor,

-Replacement tires and fees (tolls, bridge and ferry.).

Article: 5

Lessee is responsible for damages caused to the vehicle during its use, and for any damage due to disuse

(Standing damaged vehicle during repairs if the damage occurred due to the fault of the Charterer).

The amount of damage caused by disuse (standing) is determined by the amount of lump sum prices of daily rental vehicles at the current price list.

The rental price does not include the following risks:

- Breakdown vehicle accident occurred - in the case of an accident the Lessee shall pay all such damage to the vehicle,

 - Theft of the vehicle during the lease - in case of power / theft of the vehicle during the lease, the tenant pays the entire value of the vehicle,

 lost keys amount of 1,000 € (one thousand euros).

The complete hull with the risk of theft Tenant may pay according to the price list.

-Insurance Does not cover damage to tires, windshields, felnidonjeg of engine if the damage did not occur during traffic accidents as well as damage to the engine due to a lack of oil.

- For any other damage to the vehicle caused by improper and negligent use of the vehicle, the responsibility borne by the Tenant.

 Article 6

The lessor shall not indemnify the Lessee for loss or damage to personal baggage and goods, which is located in or on the rented vehicle.

 Article 7

The lessor shall not indemnify the Lessee for damages resulting from:

1. a) delay in delivery vehicles,
2. b) any failure of the vehicle during use.

 Article 8

Tenant undertakes that in the event of an accident protect the interests of Lessor and its insurance company time:

What will record the names and addresses of participants and witnesses of the accident,

What will not leave the damaged vehicle, until he escaped from the place of accident and waited for authorized workers rent a car for download,

What will the damage, even if slight, immediately by the shortest route, inform the owner,

What in the event of damage to the vehicle, or if the accident has injured persons (even when the obvious injustice of others) immediately call and wait for the arrival of traffic police authorities for the execution of the official inspection and provide a record.

What will submit a written report about the incident lessor.

 Article 9

If you miss the Tenant in case of an accident fulfill all the conditions in Article 8 of this Treaty be responsible for all consequences and damages to the lessor arising from it.

Article 10

 Any changes to this Agreement are valid only if they are confirmed in writing by both contracting parties.

Article 11

 In the event of a dispute between the parties hereto agree to the jurisdiction of the court in Herceg Novi.
