Simultaneous changes to the departure and return dates (on request):
Up to 3 days before departure - EUR 40
Fees for changing the return date and flight change for A / s7:
- 8 days or more before departure - full refund
- Up to 7 days before departure - 100% fee

When a ticket is used as an OW RT the difference between OW RT minus the EUR 40 fee is reimbursed, no later than 3 days before the return flight.
Otherwise, the ticket is considered non-refundable. The ticket price is determined on the day of purchase.
Keep in mind that the simultaneous change of passenger name and date of departure / return shall be considered as the new ticket purchase.

PLANE TICKET CANCELLATION

Plane ticket for charter flight can be cancelled up to 7 days before the flight.
Tickets for regular flights are cancelled in accordance with the business policy of the airline in question.
